Our Executive Team
Robert (Bob) Rife spent over a decade in various executive capacities working in the Silicon Valley. Over the last ten years Mr. Rife has held senior executive and shareholder positions in the energy and environmental sector at Cenergy Group, Alexis Power Systems and USST Holdings while most recently focusing on waste to energy.
As a founder and major shareholder of USST Holdings Mr. Rife’s business expertise was instrumental in developing the company’s stock issuance plan, business plan and PPM along with developing a key strategic relationship with USST’s major technology partnerAlter NRG / Westinghouse Plasma.
His areas of expertise include:
Financial analysis and budgeting;
Development of business financing packages;
Merger and Acquisition facilitation;
Mr. Rife earned his Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University.
Mr. Morley, 68, is a graduate of California State University, Chico, and initially taught at the secondary level prior to becoming a registered Principal in 1973 with North Pacific Securities, Inc.
From 1985 to 1987 Mr. Morley was the National Marketing Director for Adaptive Communications Systems, Inc.
From 1987 to 1990 he served as a wholesaler for Huntington Energy Corporation.
Mr Morley has over 35 years of investment experience, Mr. Morley has been involved in all aspects of the securities industry, including equity and debt offerings, private placement in public entity (PIPE) offerings, start-ups and corporate consulting services.
Mr. Morley has served as an Officer and/or Director of a number of companies during the past 30 years, including Bio-Magnetics Diagnostics, Inc., Magnum Petroleum, Inc., Arena Resources, Inc., and Ring Energy, Inc. all publicly traded corporations.
Mr. Morley is President and a Director of Petro Consultants, Inc., a position he has held since 1993. In this capacity, and as a Director of the above mentioned Companies, he has advised and assisted these Companies in their efforts to obtain capital in various forms and / or structure acceptable to the Companies; and advised these Companies, and any of their affiliates, in attaining public listed status in the U.S. through a merger or other vehicle acceptable to Management.
Kirk "Korky" Nelson
Mr. Kirk Nelson is a well seasoned international business development professional that has worked on behalf of a wide variety of companies to increase sales, provide strategic partners, identify merger opportunities, as well as securing investment. The companies he has provided his services to include Micro Soft’s Web TV, TeleHub Network Services / Communications Corporation, MedNet, ElectroCell, and Classic Events International.
Nelson was drafted in 1979 by the NBA Phoenix Suns; culminating in a successful 13-year professional basketball career that included winning a number of championships in the European Cup Leagues. He was chosen Most Valuable Player and Most Inspirational Player multiple times throughout his athletic career.
Mr. Nelson has recently represented the United States on good will tours to both China and Israel where young basketball players compete against other countries stressing the similarities of our global community, with the goal of promoting international peace and understanding between peoples of diverse cultural backgrounds.

Mr. Nelson earned his Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University.
Mr. Weaver 'sexperience includes underwriting, business planning, business development as well as implementation of multi-tiered domestic and international sales and distribution channels for companies in both the private and public sector. In addition, he has extensive experience in operations, strategic planning, project planning, network design, and development of advanced products and services.
Mr. Weaver has provided management consulting for companies, both private and public, in numerous industry sectors looking to enter new markets in the U.S., Russia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines, Central and South America. In addition, he has provided consulting services to Fortune 100 Companies. Mr. Weaver has extensive international business experience as Managing Director of a 60-year-old international company he was directly responsible for reengineering the Company’s strategic direction, resulting in revenue increase from $200 million to $1.5 billion in 3 years.
Mr. Weaver’s background includes significant experience in technologies including pioneering the development and use of ceramic membranes used in MIEC Reactors (mixed ionic electronic conducting) that produce environmentally responsible drop-in fuels and hydrogen on a less cost basis; pioneering the development of high speed (semi-artificial intelligent) algorithmic based trading and matching software currently being used in the Forex industry.
Over the past two decades Mr. Weaver has served as an underwriter, financial analyst and consultant to companies in the financial, technology, manufacturing and energy sectors both here and abroad. Mr. Weaver during his college career was nominated to the National Honor Society.
Dr. Micheal Evans
Dr. Evans has vast experience in preparing econometric reports for the EB-5 program. In fact, he has created over 500 successful EB-5 reports.
Before focusing on EB-5 analysis, Dr. Evans was a clinical professor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a professor of economics at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania where he co-developed the Wharton Model.
As a visiting lecturer at Hebrew University he built the economic model of the Israel economy.
He is also credited with building the economic model of the French economy. As a member of the board of economics for the LA Times, Dr. Evans wrote a column every six weeks for the paper. He has also been a columnist for United Press International. As a consultant for the Senate Finance Committee,
Dr. Evans built the first large-scale supply-side model of the U.S. economy. Additionally Dr. Evans has been a consultant to the U.S. Treasury, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, and U.S. Department of Agriculture.
